As a qualified Yoga Teacher since 2007, my aim is to connect you with yourself, the essence of being you, not something from a glossy magazine or social media page, the real you in the real world. I am qualified in a variety of yoga styles and am also an Holistic Therapist and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner. I treat everyone who comes to me as being the unique person that they are, everyone is different and no two people will do their yoga exactly the same, so why try to look like someone else doing yoga, just be yourself and enjoy what you find out along the way. That's what I did and it took me on a journey that I'm still on, and will probably be on for the rest of my life.
I won't bore you with my story, we all have a story, and we usually start practicing yoga because of our story. Living my life through my practice of yoga has helped with so many things, things that we all have to deal with at some time, life isn't always amazing, it's real and sometimes its very raw. Part of being alive is that we will all experience ups and downs and yoga has been there for me as a constant. Try it, see if it works for you too. You have nothing to lose but a lot to gain...
